Hi! Someone let me know that the Windows export didn't work with 32-bit processors, so I felt like eager to fix that. It's a bit of a process making sure all the exports work so I included lots of other changes I've made since the last release.

The various bug fixes, balance changes, and small additions are listed below.

• change windows export to 32-bit version instead of 64-bit
• default health is 2
• mechs recover health over time
• made peeper a little easier
• added checkbox option for screen shake 
• minor level design changes
• better readme
• shorten respawn duration
• fix bug that would keep linux from opening
• add loadings screen
• add option to swap player sprites
• show preffered input in button prompts
• renamed executable from MyMonoGame to BanzoQuest
• other stuff probably
